In fact, the ICC is even worse than the UN Security Council because there is no Russian or Chinese veto over its decisions. Ironically, the entity that does have an informal but effective veto over the decisions of the ICC (and over those of various ad-hoc tribunals like those for Yugoslavia and for Rwanda) is the United States, although the latter doesn't even recognize the jurisdiction of that body!Aaron Aaronshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11622518960339001100noreply@blogger.com
